• PHASE I: Supplier Identification, MOQ, & Cost In this phase, we work closely with you to identify the products or services that can be successfully sourced from our trusted network of factories. Through our 10-Step Supplier Selection Process, we conduct a comprehensive business assessment to find the most suitable supplier for your unique needs. We negotiate the best minimum order quantity (MOQ) and pricing while maintaining the highest quality standards. Our goal is to create a blueprint for success in all aspects of sourcing.
• PHASE II: Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Prototype & Initial Purchase Order (PO) During this phase, we ensure that the files sent to the factory are suitable for production through a thorough Design for Manufacturing (DFM) stage. We facilitate communication between you, our team, and the factory engineers to ensure seamless collaboration. At your request, we assist in securing a prototype that represents your product's final form. Changes and modifications can be made during this stage. Once the prototype is accepted, we proceed to place the initial purchase order (PO) with meticulous attention to detail and added safeguards.
• PHASE III: Production With all parties aligned, production begins. We maintain close communication with the chosen factory to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Our team conducts ongoing quality control (QC) checks to ensure product excellence. Simultaneously, we assist in selecting packaging and addressing shipping logistics to streamline the process for a swift transition once the order is complete.
• PHASE IV: Packaging, Shipping & Logistics During this phase, we collaborate with your graphic design department to fulfill all packaging requirements accurately. We provide recommendations for international shipping and logistics firms to ensure a seamless process (contract and pricing are negotiated separately). We oversee and expedite the necessary paperwork with the shipping firm and monitor the factories to ensure proper packaging and labeling for transportation.
